Family and Kids Tours
Austria is ideal for trips with kids of all age. It is a childfriendly and save country and there are no dangerous animals in the forests or lakes.
Depending on the season you are travelling, you can experience different outdoor activities such as swimming in lakes, hiking, playgrounds, amusement parks, zoos and national parks, castle and ruins. On rainy days there are countless activities, too, like kids museums, adventure pools, caves, indoor playgrounds. And in the winter you could build a snow man, go skiing, ice scating or dog sled riding.

Klagenfurt
„Embarck on an expedition to the small world at Lake Wörther und experience 159 models from 40 countries, ships, trains and 150 world-famous buildings. From the Liberty Statue in New York to Taj Mahal in India, from temple Borobodur on Java to Sydney Opera. You will be able to see all of that in two to three hours. They also have in indoor area with a lot of interactive stations. One of my favorite hotels at the lake is Falkensteiner Schlosshotel in Velden, which offers in- and outdoor pools, a great spa area and lots of space for the kids to play.“

Innsbruck
„Innsbruck was once the capital of Austria and twice the scene of the Winter Olympics. It completely surrounded by mountains, which makes it a perfect venue to go skiing nearby. There are also a lot of in- and outdoors activities in and around Innsbruck, like the Alpine Zoo, hiking, silver- and saltmines, glaciers, lakes and castles (with armor museum) or a steep ski-jump.“

Carinthia
„The state of Carinthia is in the south of Austria and borders the countries Italy and Slovene. This is a place where parents will have as much fun and find as many challenges as their children. Take, for example, the Rock Labyrinth and its Flying Fox Mile, a high rope course. The spectacular Tscheppa gorge also promises impressions that will remain with you for a long time, be it in the Adventure Park or exploring the gorge. Equally unforgettable is a family rafting tour on the Möll or Drau rivers.“
